An overview of Emergency Management, OSHA regulations regarding nursing home safety issues. This seminar will include methods of security as it applies to healthcare; evacuation plans; how to conduct an EM drill and  management plan weaknesses. It will also include Engineering Issues: commissioning of equipment, preventive maintenance and vibrator analysis.
