OBJECTIVE:
This seminar will cover a variety of issues including but
not limited to complaint investigations, enforcement action information,
resident safety issues, staffing, clinical outcomes, and transitioning to
person centered care. You will hear from both CMS and NYS DOH what new
regulation or guidelines they anticipate issuing.
