About the Instructor:  Robert Figlerski

Robert Figlerski PhD has worked in the area of health psychology for over 20 years.  He is a Senior Psychologist at RG Psychological Services providing psychological consulting services to skilled nursing facilities.


 

OBJECTIVE:
To provide practical strategies to respond to the aggressive behavior of nursing home residents.  Learn what causes aggressive behavior, techniques to reduce resident aggression, how to handle a crisis, and what needs to be documented with respect to the resident's aggressive behavior
